1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of Matheria, a web-based mathematics and student productivity service operated by Ara Musayelyan from Armenia. By using Matheria, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Matheria currently provides a calculator, student planning tools, schedules, subjects, folders, notes, documents, sketches, graphs, tasks, account synchronization, and file uploads. Some features may be marked as under development. Features can change, be improved, or be withdrawn as the project develops.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, a secure password, and activity through your account. Do not share access in a way that compromises private workspace data. Matheria may require email verification before cloud synchronization and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or compliance.
4. Your content
You keep responsibility for notes, files, images, sketches, task attachments, and other material you upload or create. You grant Matheria and its infrastructure providers only the permission needed to store, transmit, display back to you, and otherwise process that content to operate the service. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Matheria, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe other users' data, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or use the service for unlawful activity. You must not attempt to extract credentials or private content belonging to another person.
6. Mathematical and educational information
Matheria's calculations, graphs, explanations, and planning tools are provided for general informational and educational use. Verify important results independently. Matheria is not professional financial, medical, legal, engineering, or safety advice.
7. Availability and warranties
Matheria is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every feature will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or permanently available. Keep independent copies of important files and work.
8. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ara Musayelyan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Matheria. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Matheria at any time and may request deletion of account-associated information. Matheria may restrict or end access for material violations of these Terms, security threats, or legal requirements. Local browser data may also need to be cleared on each device.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without claiming to override mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply to you. Updates will be published here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point.
